It is designed with a flat bottom structure to allow you to get the most out of your coffee, focusing on consistent flavor balance and sweetness across all temperatures. The brewer can boast an even extraction, and create a clean and balanced taste experience.
The April Glass Brewer is noted for its ability to handle high temperature fluctuations, making it an ideal tool for brewing coffee.
The bottom of the April Brewer features three "Filter Holder" wedges that hold your paper filter in place. This elevates the filter and enables a flow rate not achievable with other flat-bed brewers. The result is a perfectly balanced, transparent, and reliable taste experience.
The circular lines along the wall of the brewer allow more air pockets to be formed; enabling more air circulation. This helps brew consistency and enabling a cleaner, more transparent tasting cup.
The brewer has been developed after three years of prototype testing and was launched after achieving a high cup score at the World Brewers Cup.
