Crafted from durable stainless steel with OREA’s signature minimalist aesthetic, the O1 combines precision engineering with modern specialty coffee performance. Its compact flat-bottom design promotes even extractions and balanced flavour profiles, helping produce clean, sweet and expressive cups with minimal effort.

The O1’s open bottom geometry promotes faster drawdown speeds and reduced channeling, making it especially effective for light roast coffees where clarity and flavour separation are key. It is also very flexible, you can brew in various ways and use different types of paper.

The double walled stainless steel construction also offers excellent thermal stability and durability, making it ideal for both home brewing and professional café environments.

This brewer is made from a high-grade stainless steel imported from South Korea. On the interior wall, this specific unit is electropolished - which helps avoid "metallic" taste, which you will not experience when using this device. On the exterior, they are hand-polished to a semi-rough finish, which is somewhere between a brushed finish and a mirror polish.
